Power Paddle™ is a 3-day team rowing and wilderness retreat along the scenic Dexter Lake, located in the Middle Fork of the Willamette River, and home to  the University of Oregon’s rowing team due to it’s calm water environment. Executives practice alignment, trust, and communication, learning to move as one unit, where every action affects the whole.

Continental Divide™

From Foothills to Futures: See, Create, Transform.

Continental Divide™ is a 3-day immersive retreat that begins in the foothills of Boulder, and ends in the heart of Glenwood Springs, CO.  Participants arrive at the historic St Julien to explore bio-diverse and regenerative ecosystems and flow.  

We visit the historic Mining Company, cross the Great Continental Divide, and settle in for a Mineral Soak at the renown Iron Mountain Spa. We work in cross-disciplinary and cross-functional teams to envision and design a Future City, and showcase their concepts and MVP Prototypes at the renown Aspen Institute.
